Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium onions
    1 small can evaporated milk
    Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Dice onions in fairly large chunks and boil in salted water for about 10 minutes.
    Drain and put into a quart casserole dish. Pour one small can (or less) of evaporated milk over onions. Cover generously with grated cheese and bake at 325\u00b0 until it bubbles and cheese melts.
    If too much liquid remains, cook a little longer.
