Elegant Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 medium size potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Cook potatoes; cool and shred.
    Heat 1/4 cup butter or margarine with green onions and soup.
    Then blend in sour cream and grated cheese.
    Stir in potatoes.
    Place in buttered 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Mix corn flakes with 2 tablespoons melted butter and sprinkle on top.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Garnish with parsley. Serves 6.
