Squash Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1 c. grated yellow squash
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Beat egg in medium mixing bowl; add milk and squash.
    Combine dry ingredients; stir into squash mixture.
    Stir in oil.
    Spray muffin tins with Pam and heat at 350\u00b0 until hot.
    Spoon batter into tins, filling cups 2/3 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 20 minutes or until done and brown.
    Yields about 1 dozen.
