Chicken Broccoli Orientale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. boneless chicken, cut into strips
    1 small onion (1-inch squares)
    1 medium green or red pepper, cut in 1-inch squares
    1 (10 1/4 oz.) can Campbell's cream of broccoli soup
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook chicken in oil until browned.
    Add onion and pepper. Cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
    Stir in soup, water and soy sauce.
    Heat to boiling; reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve over rice or noodles.
    Serves 4.
