Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
2 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 c. milk
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Cream together butter, sugar, cornmeal and flour.
Add eggs, vanilla, lemon juice and milk.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
