Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. finely diced rhubarb
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
3/4 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Place rhubarb in greased baking dish.
Combine 1/2 cup sugar, cornstarch and water; cook and stir until thick and clear.
Add vanilla and pour over rhubarb.
Combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle over rhubarb.
Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 40 to 45 minutes.
Serve warm, plain or with whipped cream.
