Swiss Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. Nestle chocolate chips
1/4 c. water
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 c. buttermilk (or use 2 Tbsp. vinegar plus milk to make 1 c.)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Combine chocolate chips and water, melt.
Sift together flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. Blend sugar, butter and vanilla.
Beat in eggs, one at a time. Blend in melted chocolate.
Stir in alternately flour mixture and buttermilk.
Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 or 10-inch pans. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until tested done.
