Mexican Tamales(Foil Cooking) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. corn meal
1/2 c. water
1/4 onion, chopped
2 slices green pepper, minced
3 fresh mushrooms, minced
1/4 lb. meat, chopped (your choice, beef, pork, chicken)
2 slices tomato, minced
1/4 tsp. chili powder (depends on your taste)
small amount jalapeno pepper (depends on you)
salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Put in pouch.
Seal edges. Cook 25 minutes.
