3 eggs, separated
1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1/2 c. molasses
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. plain flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 to 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Spiced Cream (recipe follows)
pecan halves (optional)
grated orange rind (optional)
Preparation

Oil bottom and sides of a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan with oil; line with wax paper and oil and flour wax paper.
Set pan aside.
