Ali'S Creamy Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small cans chopped clams or use fresh clams if preferred
    1 big potato
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 can chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and chop potato into small cubes.
    In a medium pot, mix flour and evaporated milk.
    Pour the juice from clams in pot.
    Add remaining ingredients except clams.
    Stir and cook 3 minutes on high.
    Turn heat to medium and simmer 13 minutes.
    Stir in clams and heat, then serve.
