Pineapple Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with syrup
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl by hand.
Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes (325\u00b0 if glass pan).
Top with Cream Cheese Icing.
