Scalloped Cabbage Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 to 3 c. finely shredded cabbage
    1 1/2 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 large or 2 medium carrots, sliced thinly
    2 stalks celery, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    1 c. cubed Canadian bacon or smoky ham
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. milk
    dash of paprika and white pepper
    dash of onion powder and garlic powder
Preparation
    In a saucepan melt the margarine.
    Stir in flour, salt and dashes of seasonings listed.
    Slowly add milk while stirring to avoid lumps.
    Cook until fairly thick, stirring constantly.
