Athletic Director'S Pork And Beans Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb.) cans pork and beans in tomato sauce
    6 lean pork rib chops
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. catsup
    6 onion slices
    6 lemon slices
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place beans into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Arrange chops over beans.
    Season chops with salt and pepper.
    Top with brown sugar and catsup.
    Bake for 1 1/4 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Place onion and lemon slice atop each chop.
    Bake for 15 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
