Caraway Seed Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. margarine
5 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. paprika
5 c. water
1 tsp. caraway seed
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Put caraway seed into the water and let it come to a boil. Simmer slowly for about 5 minutes and set aside.
Melt butter; add flour and brown lightly.
Keep stirring to avoid burning.
Remove from heat and add paprika and salt.
Strain the water into the paprika and salt, stirring all the time.
Return to heat and simmer slowly for about 10 minutes.
Serve with egg drops, or with eggless pasta or noodles.
