Ham, Eggs And Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice, cooked
    4 to 5 green onions, chopped
    small pkg. frozen peas, thawed
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. cubed ham
Preparation
    Have all ingredients handy.
    Heat skillet or wok over high heat for 30 seconds.
    Add 1 tablespoon oil; fry eggs until very moist film appears; remove and set aside.
    Add 2 tablespoons oil; stir-fry rice 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add thawed peas; stir through until warm.
    Add ham and green onions; stir through until warm.
    Add eggs; stir until all ingredients are warm and well mixed, then serve.
