Chicken Sauce Bake(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 frying chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk
1 1/2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
2 Tbsp. diced onion or 1/4 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Arrange chicken pieces, skin side down, and thick edges to outside of 2-quart baking dish.
Cover with plastic wrap, pierced with holes.
Microwave 10 minutes.
Drain and turn chicken.
Mix soup with milk and spices.
Pour over chicken.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave on Medium 24 minutes or until tender.
Let stand 5 minutes.
This may be served over rice.
