Chicken Gumbo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, deboned
1 stick oleo
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. chopped bell peppers
1 can Trappey's Creole okra gumbo
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken broth
Preparation

Saute celery, onions and bell pepper in butter; salt and pepper to taste. Add this to other ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
