Black-Eyed Peas Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. black-eyed peas
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. diced ham
1 can tomatoes
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation

Cook peas well done.
Mix with rice, ham, tomatoes, chopped onions and chopped green pepper.
Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour into buttered casserole and bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
