Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

1 regular pie crust shell
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 c. peeled apples, diced
Preparation

Preheat oven and cookie sheet to 400\u00b0.
In small bowl mix together flour, salt, sugar and nutmeg.
In another small bowl, mix together egg, sour cream and extract.
Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
Stir in apples.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake on preheated cookie sheet for 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for 30 minutes or until golden.
Meanwhile prepare topping.
