Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    3 c. grated, raw sweet potatoes
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar, milk, potatoes and vanilla.
    Fold in raisin and coconut.
    Stir in butter and pour in greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until pudding is set.
