Lite Vegetable Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free cream cheese
1/2 c. fat-free cottage cheese
1/2 c. finely grated carrots
1/2 tsp. finely grated onion
1/8 tsp. black pepper
3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

Blend all ingredients together in a food processor.
Spread on crackers or use as a dip with raw veggies.
