Pork Chop With Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. uncooked seasoned long-grain wild rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can Chinese vegetables, drained
    6 pork chops
Preparation
    Salt and pepper chops to taste.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place rice in large baking dish..
    Mix soup, water, soy sauce and onion. Add drained vegetables.
    Place pork chops on top.
    Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes.
