Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. seasoned croutons
    1 1/2 lb. sausage, fried
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Spread croutons in 9 x 13-inch lightly greased pan.
    Cook sausage and cover croutons with it.
    Mix eggs, milk, soup, mushrooms and mustard together and pour over croutons and sausage. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
    Remove; let stand 30 minutes before putting in oven.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes, uncovered.
    Add cheese and cook 5 more minutes.
