Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. box jumbo shells
    2 lb. container Ricotta cheese
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    4 slices Mozzarella cheese
    1 large jar sauce
    1 onion, diced (optional)
    1 pepper, diced (optional)
    1 lb. hamburger (optional)
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Saute last four ingredients until cooked.
    Add sauce and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
