Polynesian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 can mushroom pieces
1 small sliced onion
1 sliced green pepper
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, undrained
1 can chicken or mushroom soup
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add mushrooms, onion and pepper.
Saute until tender.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook until thoroughly heated. Serve over rice.
Serves about six.
