Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. Crisco oil
    3 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and oil with fork, then add water, mixing with fork to form ball.
    Using hands, mix a little before rolling out between 2 sheets of wax paper. Do not double recipe.
    (No flour on wax paper.)
    Makes one 8 or 9-inch pie crust.
