Ingredients

1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. Jell-O brand vanilla pudding
1 c. corn syrup
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 c. chopped pecans
1 unbaked 8-inch pie shell
Preparation

Blend pudding and corn syrup.
Gradually add milk and egg, blending well.
Add pecans.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until firm and top cracks, about 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool at least 3 hours.
Serve with Cool Whip, if desired.
