Zucchini And Parmesan Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
    4 medium tomatoes or 1 can whole tomatoes
    1 large green pepper, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. Velveeta
Preparation
    Mix zucchini, tomato, green pepper and onion in a buttered casserole dish.
    In separate bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
    Pour over vegetables; mix well and dot with butter.
    Cube Velveeta over top.
    Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
