Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. beef brisket
    1/4 c. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Put brisket in roasting pan.
    Add remaining ingredients to beef.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 5 to 6 hours.
    Reserve 1 cup juice.
    Let meat cool and refrigerate.
