Marshmallow Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon pie filling (cooked kind)
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. cold water
    2 eggs, separated
    24 marshmallows, quartered
    1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
Preparation
    Prepare pie filling with 1/2 cup sugar and egg yolks by package directions.
    Prepare meringue with egg whites and remaining sugar.
    Fold
    meringue and marshmallows into pie filling.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Chill until firm.
