Low-Fat Orange Dream Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Honey Maid honey graham, crushed (about 3 Tbsp.)
    2/3 c. boiling water
    1 pkg. sugar-free orange Jell-O
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) container fat-free cream cheese
    2 c. thawed Cool Whip topping
Preparation
    Sprinkle crumbs on bottom of 8 or 9-inch spring-form pan (or 9-inch pie plate sprayed with Pam).
    Stir boiling water into Jell-O until completely dissolved.
    Cool 5 minutes.
    Pour into blender. Add cheeses; cover.
    Blend at medium speed until well blended. Scrape down sides occasionally.
    Pour into large bowl.
    Add whipped topping.
    Stir gently until blended.
    Pour into pan.
    Smooth top. Refrigerate 4 hours.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Makes 8 servings.
