Cherry Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
cherry pie filling
Preparation

Place 1 wafer in bottom of each of 12 paper-lined muffin pan cups. Beat cream cheese, sugar and eggs in large bowl with electric mixer on medium until light and fluffy. Spoon filling into each cup, filling about 2/3 full. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Turn off oven. Open door slightly. Let cool in oven. Remove. Cool completely. Top with pie filling. Refrigerate 1 hour.
