King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fryer
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    about 6 tortillas
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Boil chicken; chop in chunks.
    Keep broth.
    Dip tortillas in pint of warm broth.
    Grease casserole dish and line with tortillas overlapping.
    Layer ingredients in this order: chicken, onion, pepper, mushroom soup and chicken soup.
    Cover with grated cheese. Be sure casserole is completely covered.
    Then spread tomatoes (mash well so there are no lumps) over the cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    It
    should not be juicy.
