Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

1 3/4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 c. fresh or frozen thawed peaches
1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Gradually add milk, mixing with fork; shape into ball.
On lightly floured surface, roll out 2/3 of dough to fit a 10 x 6-inch baking dish. Line dish with pastry; flute edges.
