Yummy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in their skins in salted water.
    Let cool.
    Peel and shred into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Combine remaining ingredients and cover potatoes.
    Bake 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup grated cheese and 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes.
    Bake 5 minutes more until cheese bubbles.
