Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 oz. red food coloring
4 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
3/4 c. butter
2 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 1/2 c. cake flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
Preparation

Mix food coloring and cocoa.
Let stand.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, then coloring and cocoa mixture.
Beat well.
