Christmas Eggnog(Makes 25 Cups) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 pt. milk
    1 pt. heavy cream
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 pt. bourbon
    1 1/2 oz. rum Jamaica
    1 oz. dark brandy
    grated nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat separately 6 egg yolks and whites.
    Add 1/4 cup sugar to yolks while beating.
    Beat whites stiff and then add 1/4 cup sugar.
    Mix yolks and whites carefully.
    Stir in heavy cream and milk.
    Mix in vanilla.
    Add whiskey, rum and brandy.
    Stir thoroughly.
    Serve very cold with grated nutmeg.
