Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. Sugar
1 c. Wesson Oil
2 1/2 c. Flour
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 dash of Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda
3 c. grated Apples
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 c. Raisins
1 c. Nuts

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Spray a 9 x 13 in. baking dish. Pour in and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
