Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage, coarsely shredded
1 1/2 lb. smoked sausage, sliced 1/4-inch thick
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of celery soup
2 cans milk
Preparation

Combine cabbage and smoked sausage.
Cover with water.
Cook until cabbage is cooked, stirring occasionally.
Drain 3/4 of the water off.
Add soups and milk; stir.
Heat only until hot.
Makes about 12 (1 1/2 cup) servings.
