Chili Con Queso Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 c. green chilies, chopped
2 c. whole tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. dehydrated onions or 1 medium chopped onion
Preparation

Heat chilies, tomatoes and onion.
Add cheese.
Cook 1 minute on high.
Stir and continue cooking for 7 to 8 minutes.
Serve with chips.
