Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 cloves garlic (optional)
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 celery stalks, chopped
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Process in blender for 10 seconds or desired consistency. Simmer 1 hour.
    Cool, then store, covered in refrigerator.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
