Yummy Yams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

30 oz. can yams, drained
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
6 Tbsp. pineapple juice
2 eggs
pineapple
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. pecans
marshmallows
Preparation

Butter casserole dish.
Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat yams until smooth and add all other ingredients (except marshmallows and pineapple).
Blend until smooth.
Pour 1/2 of mixture into baking dish.
Layer small can of pineapple on top, slices, chunks or crushed will work.
Add rest of yam mixture.
Top with marshmallows and pecans.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
