Artichoke Toast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 slices bread
1 can artichoke hearts (not in oil)
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Parmesan or Romano grated cheese
Preparation

Cut crusts from bread.
Quarter bread slices.
Spread on cookie sheet.
Toast both sides under broiler.
Combine mayonnaise and cheese.
Spread lightly on toast pieces.
Cut artichokes in quarters.
Place on each toast piece.
Top with teaspoon of mayonnaise mixture.
Place under broiler until golden brown.
Serve immediately.
