Tomato-Cheese Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. tomato juice
    1 c. coarse soft bread crumbs
    1 c. sharp American cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, separated
Preparation
    Pour tomato juice over bread crumbs and let soak.
    Stir in cheese, melted butter and salt.
    Beat egg yolks and stir into bread crumb mixture.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in thoroughly.
    Turn into buttered 6 cup casserole and bake in moderate oven (325\u00b0) for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until a sharp knife inserted in center comes out clean.
