Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe avocados
    1 ripe tomato
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1 medium onion, grated
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 dashes Tabasco sauce
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Peel avocados and tomato; mash together, leaving small lumps. Add all other ingredients. Mix well with hand. Add salt and stir with a spoon. Serve cold with taco Doritos.
