Chinese Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. salad oil
    3 (10 oz.) boxes frozen peas
    1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped celery
    3 medium onions, chopped
    1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and cut
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. beef broth
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Heat oils, then put in vegetables and cook about 15 minutes or until tender.
    Stir occasionally.
    Dissolve 1/4 cup of broth and cornstarch, then add remaining broth and soy sauce; cook until thick.
    Pour over vegetables and heat.
    Serves 10.
