Scorned Woman Buffalo Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chicken wings, separated at joint, discard tips
    1/3 c. Scorned Woman hot sauce (more if you dare)
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Deep fry wings at 400\u00b0 (high) for 12 minutes or until completely cooked and crispy, then drain.
    Pour melted butter or margarine over wings in a large bowl or pan, coating them.
    Then pour the hot sauce over the wings, again thoroughly coating the wings.
    (If cooking a larger amount or using a smaller deep fryer, cooked wings may be kept warm in oven at low temperature until others are ready.)
    Finally, sit back.
    Enjoy and have a fire extinguisher nearby, if desired.
