Barbecue Hamburger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. green pepper (may be omitted)
    1 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck in small amount of favorite shortening and break up into small pieces.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 hour or until thick.
    Serve hot on your favorite bun.
