Julia'S Moist Chocolate Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa (unsweetened)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1/4 to 1/3 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Add dry ingredients together; mix.
Add wet ingredients to dry.
Use electric mixer; mix well.
Add chocolate chips last, by hand.
