Tenderloin Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cubed tenderloin
    flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. diced celery
    2 onions, finely chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can water
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 garlic clove (optional)
Preparation
    Roll tenderloin in flour; brown in oil with onion, celery and garlic.
    Add soup and water with rice and pour all into casserole; cover tightly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
